I think salmon is a really nice color. It is kinda peachy which I think is really pretty.

Fry Day

I am not sure what I am supposed to write for this day. So...this is it.

Season

My favorite season is spring because o the weather. It gets so nice and warm out which I love.

Magenta

I think the color magenta is really pretty. It is close to purple which is my favorite color.

Critique Me

This is a portrait I took of my brother. I really love the clarity of his eyes and the slight smile. I really love this photo.

Doomsday

I have no idea what to write about this. Doomsday would be scary I guess. That's all.

Weather

My favorite kind of weather is when it is mostly sunny but clouds roll by occasionally. The best temperature is about 77 because it is no too hot and not too cold.

Music Day

My favorite type of music is Country. I listen to it all the time and I love just driving with it on.

My Hero

My hero is my friend because she is so dedicated to serving the Lord. She has done missions work her whole life and has been on many trips. She is truly great.

This is a photo from my AP class. I really love the colors and the clouds look great. i think I did well with this photo.

Mythical Creature

This is a pretty cool creature. Reminds me of Narnia so I like it.

My favorite musician is actually a band, NEEDTOBREATHE. I just really like the style and content of their music.

These are two photos from my AP Photography project I just finished. I really like them both because I think they are interesting. I love the colors of the first one and the concept of the second photo.

Photoshop Day

Photoshop is one of my favorite tools. I really like to use photoshop lightroom. It helps me make very high quality images.

Favorite Food

My favorite food is ravioli. I doo not know why exactly but it has always been my favorite, especially with garlic bread.

Gold

The color gold is a very rich color. It gives a very warm feeling so I like it.

Critique Me

I really love this photo because of the focus on the boys feet and the angle. I think this picture makes you curious and it invokes interest. Pictures like this are the kind that tell a story and I just love it.

Robot Day

Robots are pretty cool I guess. They can be useful for work or just for fun toys.

If I could Go...

If I could go anywhere in the world, I would go everywhere. I want to be a world traveler and visit places like Thailand, Kenya, anywhere basically. I also want to go back to Madagascar.

Fuschia

This is the color fuschia.
I think it is a very pretty color
 but personally I would just
call it pink.

This photo is from a family shoot I did last weekend.
I really love it because of the coloring and the captured
love of the brothers. They were so much fun to photograph!

Urban Project

Car Day

Cars are not really my expertise but I really like my car. I have a cute little Kia Rio.

Worst Aspects of Instructor

The worst aspects of my instuctor are that he isn't very involved in our class. It is pretty self taught/led so somethimes that isn't good.

Periwinkle

I think periwinkle is a very elegant color. It is very light and girlish. It would be a good baby room color or something. Thats all I think about periwinkle.

I really like this picture because of the natural lens flare and the angle. Coloring was a very special event for the kids in Madagascar so this is kind of photojournalistic.

Space Captain Day

I have no idea what this is supposed to mean. So, I guess being a space captain would be pretty cool. You could explore the galaxy and maybe even take photos of it.

Lavender day!

The color lavender is really soft. It conveys kind of a peaceful and simple feeling. Lavender is very pretty.

I chose this picture because I love the landscape.  think that the way the clouds are parted brings interest to the eye. I think Madagascar is just gorgeous and this is a nice picture for being taken on a moving bus.

Animal Day

This is me feeding a wild lemur in Madagascar. Lemur's are actualy very kind and are not afraid of people (as long as you have food). They have very soft hands and fur. I really loved being able to feed and pet these gorgeous animals.

Least Favorite

My least favorite type of art is Drawing. I have never really been good at it and find it hard to learn.

This little boy was so precious and I chose this picture because he is wearing a red shirt. I still do not kow why he wore his shirt on his head but he was so shy and kind. I wish I could see him again.

I really like this picture because of the way I enhanced the colors in the sky. It makes it look more dramatic and better depicts how the sky in Africa truely looks. It is so vibrant all the time. I also think the leading line is good and the bright red helmets and lights draw your eye to it.

The End of The World

I don't really know what to write for this day. I don't think that anyone can predict the end of the world. The bible tells all about the rapture, and it says no one will know when it is coming.

Favorite Type of Art

My favorite type of art is photography. I love being able to capture the beauty of what I see for later viewing. I think photography is just fun and enjoyable for almost everyone.

Green

I love the color green because it is so naturally beautiful. It is found all over in nature and can be vibrant or dark. I love to use green landscapes in my photographs.

Critique Me

This is the capital of Madagascar. I really love the vibrance of the colors and all the detail. The foreground, middleground, and background are great.

Japan

The capital of Japan is Tokyo. I would like to visit there one day to see the culture. I imagine it has some beautiful landscapes and scenery to photograph.

Things To Learn

This year I would like to learn more skills in photoshop. I would also like to learn more about photojournalism and other careers in photography.

Blue

The color blue is one of my favorites. I love it because it occurs so often in nature in the sky and the oceans. I think it is a peaceful and beautiful color.

in Madagascar. I love it because of the slight smile on his face

Reflection Day

One thing I did not like about my last project is that I had to use old pictures. I wanted to take new pictures. Otherwise, I liked the project.

I really love this picture. It was taken in Antananarivo, Madagascar
this summer. I love the mountain view and the bright houses. It was absolutely gorgeous there.

 

Cats

Cats are not my favorite pet. They shed a lot and a bunch of cats are mean. They are only cute when they are kittens.

This Project

I liked this last project because I got to re edit my photos. I used the beautiful landscapes I had before to make a project of unity.

First Assignment UNITY

I love this picture because it reminds me of my summer in Madagascar. This little girl was from one of the villages and she is gorgeous. I do not think I would change anything about this picture. I love it the way it is.

SHOES

My favorite kinds of shoes are sandals. I love to wear sandals with anything and everything in the warm weather. To me sandal season means summer so that means I am happy!

Things I Don't like About This Class

One thing I dislike about this class is the pace. I feel that the class moves too slowly when we could be learning a lot more and moving faster.

Wednesday Critique Me

 

 

 

I chose this picture because I love the colors. I think it is good that I was able to get all the levels, the contrast, texture, and bright color. If I had to fix it, I would try to make the clouds more pure.

This is a common octopus and I think it looks pretty sweet. The photo is intriguing because the tentacles lead your eyes in many ways. There is a lot of beauty to look at.

Monday Theme

So far what I like about this class is the ease and relaxation. I am not constantly stressed about it but I know I will have good work to do. It is nice to have a class that is enjoyable.

If I did a project I would use Amy as inspiration. I would try to capture the essence of the people.

This piece is intriguing because of what is happening. It makes you question what
